Return policy
Our policy lasts 14 days . If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange .
Conditions for Making a Return
- Product Condition : To be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it, with original packaging .
- Refundable Items : Only regular priced items are refundable. Items purchased on sale or at a reduced price cannot be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer .
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books showing signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, cassettes, software, video games, opened discs
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete for any reason not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and whether your refund is approved.
If approved , your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your card or payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:

Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift , you will receive a gift credit once the item is returned. If the item was not marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable . The cost of return will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
For items over $75 , we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance . We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
