At SweetLifty, we do everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to find out our delivery times, costs and areas.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7-12 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high demand, it may take a little longer to process your order. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • France : 7 to 12 working days.
  • Europe : 10 to 15 working days.
  • International : 15 working days.

These times are estimates and may vary depending on transportation conditions or customs for international shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the order destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier's website. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. If there is an error, please contact us immediately to correct the address before shipping. If the package is already in the process of being delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to intervene. Reshipping costs for any orders returned due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays and Problems

Although we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, etc.). We will keep you informed in the event of a significant delay and remain at your disposal for any questions.

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package.

Delivery Zones

We currently ship to the following countries: France, Europe, International. If your country is not listed, please contact us to check the possibility of special shipping.
